I have been training with Jeremy for approximately 2 months. I have had some issues with lower back problems for years. We started out doing various exercises to strengthen my areas of weakness before moving on to the more demanding workouts. He continually changes up the exercises so the sessions are always fun. I am feeling much stronger and am seeing some muscle definition in my arms.. (yeah)!
I also appreciate that he works around my ever-changing schedule.. If your looking for a trainer, Jeremy is awesome!!!

I have been with Jeremy for about three months now - I hired him to help me compete in the Ironman 70.3 in Austin next October. Jeremy has taken my speed, stamina, endurance, and strength to new levels which I would have never been able to obtain on my own. If you want to reach a new level of fitness, I highly recommend getting with him. Let's do this...

Wow! I've been working out with Jeremy for approximately 2 months and I can't believe how much stronger I am! His training sessions are intense but well worth it! We very rarely do the same workout which makes it fun and keeps my muscles guessing. He is very passionate! I've had several trainers before but Jeremy is by far the best one!!

What is the best workout for trimming up the inner thigh?

The best way to target those inner thigh muscles is through 45 degree squats. Simply take a shoulder width stance on the smith machine or with a barbell and turn your feet out to a 45 degree angle. Try to complete 5 sets of 10 reps. Thanks for the question and hope this helps.
